creating a bespoke service, as unique as you, the couple.
On-the-day Co-ordination
- Detailed meeting with you to establish and hand over all arrangements
- Production of a timetable of the day’s events
- Co-ordination of suppliers (caterers, florist, photographers, wedding cake designer, chair covers,
favours, stationery)
- Distribution of floral bouquets/corsages/displays
- Assistance with gathering family groups for formal photos
- Liaison with venue staff regarding catering/entertainment
- Care of presents, cards, wedding certificate whilst you enjoy the day
- On hand to deal with any hiccups
- Plus any other duties you require (to be agreed)

Handover Service
- Co-ordination from three months before your wedding allowing you to enjoy
the build up to your big day
- Comprehensive handover meeting with you to ascertain suppliers already booked and those still to be confirmed
- Thorough venue visit to fully hand over co-ordination to Memento
- Sourcing and confirmation of up to three suppliers not yet booked
- Informing all suppliers that Memento Weddings are their new contact for your event
- Written confirmation of final details and timings with all suppliers
- Full co-ordination on the day (see On-the-day Co-ordination package)
- Final meeting and regular email/phone contact to provide updates on progress
- Plus any other duties you require (to be agreed)
From £500
Full Planning
- Assistance from the first stages, sourcing and negotiating the perfect venue and suppliers for you.
These will include photographers, florists, caterers, wedding cake designers, stationery, transport,
entertainment
- Full advice on colour scheme, theme and venue dressing, hymns/music choices and readings
- Should you wish - co-ordination of invitations and RSVPs
- Should you wish - booking of bride, groom and guest accommodation
- In addition, advice and supplier sourcing of the following: videographer; favours; chair covers;
gift lists; groomsmen, bridesmaids and mother of the bride attire and accessories; hairdresser
and make-up artist; thank you gifts; speech writing; wedding insurance; first dance lessons;
hen and stag party arrangements; honeymoon advice and booking
